This policy explains how Skeal processes information collected when you visit its public website, submit an enquiry or subscribe to its communications.
The controller is SKEAL S.A.R.L., a Monaco company registered under number 24S09901, with its registered office at C/° MonacoTech, 4/6 Avenue Albert II, Zone F, 98000 Monaco.
Privacy contact: dpo@skeal.co.
Depending on the features you use, Skeal may process:
Information submitted through a form is used to handle your enquiry and reply to you. Artificial intelligence services may be used to assist with processing certain form enquiries.
Newsletter subscription requires a separate choice. It is never inferred from cookie consent, and you can unsubscribe at any time using the link in the communications.
Photos that may be exchanged as part of professional services are processed for the purposes of the service and under the terms agreed with the customer.
With your consent, Skeal may use OpenPanel to measure browsing and website usage. OpenPanel is open-source software self-hosted on Skeal infrastructure in France. Audience measurement data is not transferred outside the European Union.
Analytics consent is optional and separate from newsletter subscription. You can change or withdraw it at any time using the Cookie preferences link. Withdrawal stops subsequent collection; data already collected remains subject to its retention period.
Information is accessible only to people authorised to handle your enquiry and to providers needed to operate the website and requested services:
Skeal's n8n instance is hosted by Skeal on Hostinger; it is not hosted by n8n Cloud. The enquiry workflow nevertheless sends some contact details to Skeal's internal CRM tool and Brevo for the purposes described above, and the form verification token to Cloudflare. Audience measurement data is processed on Skeal infrastructure hosted in France. Backups and associated technical services are also hosted in France.
Enquiry information is kept for as long as needed to handle and follow up on the request, then deleted or archived where an obligation or legitimate reason requires it. Evidence of subscription or objection to communications may be retained for as long as needed to manage those choices.
For audience measurement:
Cookie choices are stored in your browser for six months.
Subject to applicable rules, you may request access to your information, its correction or deletion, restriction of processing, object to processing or, where applicable, request portability.
To exercise your rights or ask a question, contact dpo@skeal.co. You may also contact the competent supervisory authority.
The Cookie policy describes storage, external content and how to change or withdraw your choices. It complements, but does not replace, this policy.
This policy may be updated to reflect changes to the website or its processing. The published version states its effective date.
