A continuous workflow

Start with a controlled scope, then evolve together.

Work independently from your site, or get support from our team to integrate your data and make onboarding easier.

01

Scope the need

Run a free 14-day trial to assess your initial deployment potential. On request, we can support a remote pilot with data integration, configuration, training and collection follow-up.

02

Choose the scope

The number of meals served per day or month defines the volume. The analysis type depends on your guests and objectives: individual nutrition or anonymous food-waste monitoring.

03

Launch monitoring

From the next day, access all analysis results for your recorded meals: consumed and discarded quantities, nutritional values and more.

FAQ

Questions, answered clearly.

How is an analysed meal defined?

1 meal = 1 lunch (or dinner) analysed for 1 guest. You can size your subscription according to the meals you serve and the meals you want to monitor in Skeal. Increase your analysis volume as teams become familiar with the workflow and broaden your view of food service.

What equipment is needed to use Skeal?

One Android or iOS mobile device — tablet or smartphone — is enough. It needs a rear camera; there is no resolution requirement. A recent, powerful device can make the experience and results smoother.

Can we start with a pilot?

Yes. An initial scope can validate the workflow, usage and deployment before an extension. Contact us for a tailored offer.
